I was hired by this firm because of my expertise in state bank exams, municipal government, and other skills. I started on the audit staff on very large client audits. One was a buffet restaurant with twenty plus locations in five states. I was assigned many closing and year end reporting for various businesses. I became in-charge on state bank exams and municipalities. I realized shortly that there was not a lot of room at the top, so I left to become a controller.
