Daily Duties at Baesis Inc.:
• Designed and built knowledge bases supporting nationally distributed teams. • Responsible for the daily operations of all help desk (approx. 13) personnel, oversaw phone support to log end user/ client service requests, participated in troubleshooting and issue resolution. • Created and documented work flows, specified deliverables, such as, establishing standard operating procedures (SOPs), technical manuals, and personalized curriculum on projects ranging from 10k-700k. • Worked as a change manager to resolve business issues and implement solutions in areas that included organizational effectiveness/development, strategic planning, and process engineering. • Responsible for creating/assigning cases for distributed team workflows in Sage CRM and Autotask. • Implement, train, and support clients in the use of MISys Manufacturing, Sage 50, QuickBooks software. • Create and document work flows, specified deliverables such as, establish standard operating procedures, developing technical manuals, and personalized curriculum for Baesis and clients.
