Projects & Financial Development Manager/Chief of Staff, Managed Care April 2007 - February 2010 Detroit Medical Center, Detroit, MI Position eliminated following Corporate buyout • Charged with the strategic planning, programming, design and operations of the managed care division for the largest medical center in the State of Michigan. Responsible for directing the development of short/long-term divisional goals. • Co-directed a 4-person project implementation team that focused on redesigning DMC care benefits with annual payments of $88 million. • Evaluated and summarized all Federal Healthcare Reform Legislation for DMC COO, including development of financial model to mimic Medicare ACE demonstration Bundled Pricing program and initial ACO business plan.
