Oversaw six franchises across three regions, including Roberts Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram, Roberts Chevrolet Buick GMC, and RCA Used Car Dealership. Implemented marketing activities and Internet sales, including using special pricing tools such as VAUTO and AAX to increase consumer decision making. • Generated $90M in annual sales, which increasing unit sales from 140 to 300. • Improved individual automotive finance rates from $700.00 to $1,500. • Established a new customer relations and delivery team to achieve CSI manufacturer standards. • Improved safety through ongoing staff training on OSHA guidelines.
