Managed three sales, service, and finance dealerships including Briggs Nissan Lawrence, Briggs Subaru of Lawrence, and Briggs Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. Accountable for 90 staff. Analyzed financial statements and conducted sales tracking to ensure profitability and effective cost controls. Produced optimal inventory levels by purchasing pre-owned automobiles from online and local auctions. Implemented Internet marketing strategies which drove sales and increased brand performance. • Generated $60M in annual revenues increasing unit sales by 100%; led Service Department to achieve $100K in monthly revenue. • Reduced pre-owned inventory levels from one year to 30 days by selling aged units within a 60-day period and reducing annual losses by $500K. • Dramatically minimized employee turnover through new employee pay plans, which produced a valuable incentive program and generated top sales production.
