Daily Duties at Atwell Group:
Wind farm client - landowner and title research, landowner engagement, explain terms of lease, enroll landowners in project. Some curative deeds. Public and private meetings with Town Boards and Zoning Boards. Regular reporting of progress to client. Community outreach to counter wind opponents in the area. Transmission client - determine value of potential parcels for option to purchase for substation, engage landowners, explain client's offer, negotiate agreeable price & terms. Provide deeds and tax map verification of ownership, some chain of title.
