Daily Duties at Versar, Inc.:

 Managed the profitability of a $25M operation consisting of 20 construction project managers, project engineers, H&S, QC and support staff which focused on clean construction, environmental remediation and infrastructure design/build projects.  Deputy Program Manager for the 10 year, $10 billion AFCESA’s SATOC Program (Sustainment, Restoration, and Modernization Acquisition Task Order Contract).  Key participant in all executive-level Bid/No-Bid and Risk Management Reviews to select and approve the projects to be proposed by the company.  Managed and tracked construction project management tasks to proactively ensure cost-effective and timely completion of projects.  Managed preparation of proposals, change orders and related client negotiations.  Tracked monthly Division revenues and client invoicing to ensure proper cash flow.
