Daily Duties at Gujarat Gas (British Gas Subsidiary):
Leads the preparation of company-wide Integrated Business Plan and facilitating execution of Annual Operating plan. This position also leverages keen understanding of markets, supply/demand fundamentals and financial modelling to inspire innovation and identify business development opportunities through the strategic planning process. Key support to the executive leadership for ensuring Topline (Revenue) achievement (through appropriate interventions across all business segments), while also facilitating identification, assessment & prioritization of group-wide risks followed by economical application of resources to minimize the probability and impact of unfortunate events. Leads Strategic Marketing Initiatives (Product differentiation, Pricing, Costing, Capacity planning etc.) across all business segments viz. Industrial, Transport and Residential. Leading the identification of industry trends and business opportunities to achieve the company’s strategy and business goals. Support Business heads and Board of Directors through thought leadership, policy position papers and decision making - Investor meets, Industry policy think tanks like "Confederation of Indian Industry (CII)" etc.
