Daily Duties at Macyn Food Enterprises, Llc. :
I was the Principle /Managing Director of three Little Caesars. I was responsible for directing marketing in which I hired a marketing consultant to assist with TV, radio, billboard and social media. I handled the couponing and four walls marketing. additionally I directed HR which included training, staff development/bench management, hiring, coaching for growth, operations training, P/L review/ budgeting, promotions, building/equipment maintenance and capex projects.
