The role is to lead Strategic Planning, Performance Management & Product portfolio management for the company's largest SBU having global operations spread over more than 85 countries. It entails closely working with key stakeholders (Internal and External) and the executive management to improve top-line as well as bottom-line through numerous cross-functional projects / initiatives. My account-abilities included * Growth Strategy development and execution * Business Planning (Long / mid term / annual budgeting) and facilitating implementation * Performance Management & Reporting * Business case and Investment appraisal * Business intelligence and Trend monitoring * Product Portfolio management (Incl. pricing and cost management) * Design, re-engineering or governance of Business processes and Risk management framework * Strategic initiatives for Management control, Efficiency improvement * Commercial support to sales & marketing teams for winning critical contracts/ bids * Stage-gate process champion (New Product/ market Development and Go-to-market strategy) * Establish, own and drive development of integrated marketing communication * Serve as thought partner to executive management * Financial modelling and Business analyses * Program management
