• Co-wrote and implemented company’s first Policy and Procedure Operations Manual, standardizing operations and policies. • Corporate liaison with store managers, identifying and implementing support strategies for boutique’s supplies, troubleshooting procedural issues, services and daily maintenance, allowing managers to focus on store team development and sales plans.
