Daily Duties at Gpig:
Supported the development, implementation, and oversight of an effective Quality Management System,procedures, and quality controls to ensure that products consistently meet performance and quality specifications,blueprints and other related technical documents.. Developed quality specifications, test plans, procedures, tools, and meaningful metrics to control all aspects of manufacturing. Performed Visual Test(NDT) and liquid penetrate (PT) on welded assembling parts according to related standard(ISO 5817,AWS D1,1&D15.1) Developed sampling plans, quality standards and quality control instructions to be utilized by manufacturing. Identified, coordinated and effectively resolved problems. Developed plans and oversees the qualification of new suppliers and raw materials. Work to quickly and permanently resolve supplier quality issues. Oversaw engineering design and development activities to ensure products and processes are in accordance with contractual/corporate requirements. Determined cause and provide corrective action with non-conformance.
