Daily Duties at Associated Bank:
• Under limited supervision, directly manage and assist with risk related programs and projects for the relevant Line(s) of Business. Lead various programs and projects to successful implementation. • Responsible to help identify and mitigate risk, reduce losses and monitor policy/program outcomes in all business units of the Line of Business (“LOB”). Supports the established integrated CORM (Compliance and Operational Risk Management)/Corporate Audit functions and assist in the maintenance of highly effective risk management programs, risk assessments, audits throughout the business lines. • Serves as primary liaison to the LOB and back-up liaison for operational matters related to Risk Management, collaborating with Operations and Technology (IT), Compliance, Audit, Corporate Security, Financial Intelligence, and all LOB subject matter experts, • Requires a thorough knowledge of the LOB’s products, laws, regulations and operations policies and procedures and ability to use sound judgment in all decisions.
