Performing 04 polymer injection technique as a water shut off option on producer wells decreasing water cut in 20% average per well. • Well intervention to convert to a water injector. 08 wells conversions at La Sierra Fm., (700-1500 bwpd), 03 Major HTHP gas well workovers (500 bopd). Upsizing downhole artificial lift equipment on 04 producers wells under water flood front, 03 frac jobs on injector wells to improve injectivity from 700 to 1500 bwpd per well. • Lead coordinator and project manager to develop Facilities, pad location place, well tie-in and operations including, Land, regulatory and supply change management for 05 new wells on south area of DZO field.
