Daily Duties at Sara Lee Corp:
Responsible for all finished goods globally sourced sourced (~$60M) across 3 brands for Jogbra managing a team of 126 associates. This included women's apparel and accessories. Responsible for Global Distribution and logistics and built a new distribution center to combine separate warehouses. Directed production planning for on time deliveries and inventory control and also ran Engineering for preproduction cost analysis. Also had responsibility for Quality control.
