Daily Duties at Maidenform:
Was a corporate officer with responsibility for all finished goods production for internal and sourced product (~$650M) across 4 brands for Maidenform while managing a team of over 4500 associates. This included women's intimate apparel, shapewear, accessories, product extensions and point of sale material. Resourced all production from internal plants to the Far East in less than 14 months prior to going public. Oversaw offices in 10 global locations to ensure product was of the highest quality, delivered timely and correctly to the end customer. Worked with Design, Merchandising, and customers to bring product to white space that fit their needs. (Target with private label Giligan O'malley and Victoria Secret with the Wonder Bra and other programs.) Also responsible for all preproduction costing, product development of new products, Engineering and global distribution/logistics with locations in North Carolina, Ireland and Canada.
