Daily Duties at Mediaplanet Usa:
Leading print, digital, and social execution of content and campaign production for the entire North American organization. Developing content marketing strategy and creation of the editorial calendar. Contributing fresh ideas on a global level to elevate our product for the benefit of readers and clients. Managing a team of 10+ while executing in the creation of content, blogs, social posts, and design elements. Establishing and managing relationships with multiple printer and national newspaper partners. Managing production of 18-27 multi-platform niche campaigns of 8-32 pages each, per quarter. Hiring, training, and mentoring new employees within the content, production, and distribution departments. Leading continued education seminars on quality content initiatives with the sales team, and staying abreast with content marketing industry trends. Analyzing KPIs of content, site performance, SEO, and social to ensure optimal results and reader acquisition. Copy editing, line editing, and content management for multi-platform campaigns. Crafting compelling headlines for SEO paid traffic. Creating marketing collateral, including media kits, case studies, e-mail newsletter, and corporate press releases.
