Daily Duties at Hess:
Worked closely with the wider Corporate Tax group, Global Supply Chain, Finance & Accounting and Information Technology to align processes and procedures, including optimal automation to create efficiency, reduce Tax risks and identifying improvement opportunities. A vast proportion of this work focused on Global Indirect Taxes. Maintain compliance with standard project management methodologies, delivering high performance, creating a sense of urgency and driving projects to closure. Key Tasks Create and execute project work plans Manage day to day operational aspects of a project and scope Effectively apply project methodologies and enforces project standards, such as Six Sigma DMAIC. Design and effectively implement sustainable and scalable process improvements
