Quality Control and Assurance Manager: a) ensured products meet company’s quality requirements; b) emphasized the importance of thoroughly examining and testing the quality of products to find defects; c) reviewed and contributed recommendations to products and process specifications and requirements; 3) Maintenance Tech Manager: a) Held shift transition meetings at the beginning and end of shifts with all maintenance technicians; b) assigned corrective work orders and project assignments to maintenance techs to ensure all repairs to equipment are completed in a timely manner; d) monitored silver recovery and hazardous materials 5) Production Assistant Manager: a) ensured departmental assets and physical plant are secure and well maintained; b) achieved desired results in quality by leading process reliability efforts to ensure lowest cost, best quality with high return on assets; c) drove maximum throughput within the department by reducing set up times; d) minimized waste by driving awareness, proper training and accountability; e) identified equipment issues, personnel work ethics, and supplies quality are met; f) solved problem and addresses operational troubleshooting questions as they arise; g) scheduled employee effectively and appropriately use of overtime; h) coached and developed employees to maximize their effectiveness; i) Coordinated, trained, supported and supervised a dynamic safety committee that was knowledgeable to be able to tour and inspect the plant to detect potential or existing hazards; and enforced compliance of operations personnel with administrative policies, procedures, safety rules, and government regulations., EPA Risk Management Plan (RPM), Process Safety Management (PSM), Right to Know, Recordable Injuries, Compliance Posters, Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS).
