Partnered with Elevations Services Group and an outside logistics firm to create an innovative exceptions process flow tasked with servicing NorAm’s global shipping initiative Designed human resource policy documentation for NorAm Trained accounting personnel in the use of excel, pivot tables and reports, specifically related to end of month processing Designed and updated the break room for over 300 employees Created an end to end design plan for an onsite sub-shop
