Daily Duties at Pepsi Co:
I was responsible for managing a group of FSV drivers and ensuring the correct service was provided for dispatched FSV assets. These job duties included conducting audits, correcting a severe trade loss problem, managing to regulatory DOT laws and regulations, and the development of my direct reports. Partnered successfully with our Operations Manager and our compliance team to correct a major loss problem. This problem was driven by frontline employees failing to accurately following process and theft. This problem was solved by removing employees that were participating in theft and enforced the remaining employees to follow company procedures. Initiated rollout of new a new DOT tracking and compliance policy within all of our delivery departments. Once this policy was in place I also portrayed the lead role to ensure the compliance of over 150 commercial drivers across all of our delivery departments.
