Daily Duties at Pepsi Co:

I was responsible for leading a group of sales people towards meeting sales and distribution targets. My responsibilities include controlling costs and working to develop others into more capable sales people. This position requires me to actively plan and execute in order to successfully deliver the results that are demanded by our organization. This position has required me to learn new skills in regards to some basic warehouse functions, more detailed control and compliance measures, and to also develop forecasting abilities. Initiated rollout of new selling process for our sales team taking them from a conventional sales system to a presell sales system. This system allowed for the members of the sales team to provide their customers with a higher level of execution and service. This conversion also enabled for our organization to reach new highs in volume, revenue, net price, and profit.
