Daily Duties at Pepsi Co:

Leadership of frontline employees and frontline managers. My responsibilities include managing our local business against daily sales execution, management of sales and operations associates within my designated location, inventory, scheduling, training, performance management, and people development. My responsibilities include delivering AOP initiatives, volume plan, revenue plan, NOPBT plan, cost performance, and any other regional or market initiatives while maintaining our global control standards. Strengthened company's business by leading implementation of a operational change within our delivery system which streamlined the delivery of our products to our customers while improving productivity and efficiency. This change was also a driving contribution to correcting a significant turnover issue within our delivery teams. Partnered successfully with sales,merchandising, and delivery departments to produce a higher level of customer service while encouraging cooperation with the members of these teams to encourage a more streamlined and predictable work flow for each of the team members.
