Achieved successful resolution of patient account balances to include the development of action plans to resolve delinquent accounts and respond to complaints and concerns via a billing department call center, for 25 multi-practitioner Dermatology offices with an average $42 million in yearly charges. One of only three entrusted and authorized to research and follow through on insurance and patient overpayments. Managed accounts receivable including follow up on denied or unpaid claims, referral/authorizations, payment and charge posting, and collections for multi-state providers within each states guidelines and individual insurance company requirements as dictated by that state to include all HMO’s and Medicaid programs. Dermatology certified medical coder.
