Daily Duties at Nextgen Healthcare Solutions:

Based on expert understanding of RCM systems, processes, and demonstrated leadership capability, selected to stand-up Nextgen’s new and innovative telecommuting program in 2010. Played key role in the development of the RCM home sourced team concept and the subsequent implementation of the operational capability. Responsible for the hiring and training of the initial remote RCM specialists located throughout the United States. Successfully created the unique virtual AR training curriculum/training processes for all remote employees. Currently manage a telecommuting RCM team with both domestic and off shore employees, for a 100 multi-specialty physician group. With annual charges totaling over $35 million, and payments over $11.5 million. Perform trend and productivity analysis of payment denials, claims submission edits, and assist practices with use of proper Correct Coding Initiative (CCI) guidelines to insure high reimbursement and turn around. Liaise with clients on a daily basis, building strong communication relationships and customer satisfaction. Prepare employee performance evaluations, and ensure completion of administrative reporting, e.g. timecards, daily tasks and administrative reporting.
