Daily Duties at Corridor Group:
Oversaw a remote home health and hospice coding team of 4 managers, 7 team leads and 45 stateside coders doing 32 basic coding reviews and 10 SOC daily. Coordinates and directs staff to accomplish the goals of the coding service line, as well as meeting the expectations of the agencies. Assist the implementations team with new agency onboarding, and maintain a high level of communication with them once fully established. Monitor coder quotas and forecast Corridor’s ability to increase coding business and productivity. Worked with Human Resources to develop the performance improvement plan (PIP) to be rolled out to the entire business line. Asked to contribute EMR knowledge with the RCM service line.
