Daily Duties at Blackman Plumbing Supply:
Provide Senior Technology Leadership for a $240 million plumbing wholesale and retail distributor with twenty-one branch offices most with retail showrooms. Oversee IT operations; develop strategic IT direction aligned with the market and sales strategy. Develop and manage end user technologies for 350 users in 40 different roles performing a very diverse set of business processes supporting thousands of customers. Manage the operation of an IBM Mainframe and the resident ERP system. Manage IT employees and vendors providing service and support for all infrastructure technologies: LAN, WAN, fiber providers and voice and data networks. Transform operational model; Develop and deploy IT Service management technologies and introduced automation. Reported to President and CoB.
