Daily Duties at The Gsi Group / Agco:
The was a newly formed area of the business that encompassed aligning Sales, Inventory and Operations planning. I was responsible for designing and implementing production and inventory planning for the Protein Division. The goal was to develop a process to level production through out the year to understand demand, inventory and production planning.
