Daily Duties at Verifone, Inc:

 Participated in decision making process for product delivery and design  Involved with product line through all stages of life cycle  Worked closely with development project managers  Assisted in creating product specifications, evaluating and prioritizing requests for product changes and enhancements, and maintaining targeted cost of goods for product release.  Maintained close relationship with customers for awareness of customers’ needs  Worked to resolve issues and problems that will affect products’ success  Coordinated special training, special promotions, designing demos, developing training courses, and demonstrating the product at trade shows.  Convened with public relations firm on a monthly basis to generate positive local press on our product line to generate sales.  Generated weekly sales reports on targeted product line using Business Objects.  Insured gross profit margins are met within assigned product line.  Met with Marketing, Sales, Engineering, Finance, Training, and Helpdesk on a weekly basis to monitor and control project tasks defined to bring products to market.
