Product design engineer for intelligent well clamps and mounting systems and sustaining engineering. Standard responsibilities include: design, development, prototyping, value engineering, Supervisor for a team of 6 design engineers, and drafters. Development lead designer for $10 MM low cost completions packer project - (Managed two engineers and a designer during project). Project Leader of casting cost reduction engineering program. Designed to save $20 MM a year in production costs. Supervisor of 6 team members for product development and enhancement projects. Product manager of all intelligent well completion clamps and splice equipment – (Managed and directed six team members on the project). Created standards and best practices for project management and engineering for the entire technology development area of Well Dynamics.
