Daily Duties at Youngstown Air Reserve Station, East O&M Llc:

• Accountable to government civil engineer and contracting officer • Award/terminate subcontracts • Chairman of Safety Council • Change or implement operating procedures within contract • Cost stewardship and reduction • Full authority to act on contract matters and financially bind the company at all contract levels • Hire/terminate personnel • Negotiate with unions • Sign contract modifications Report to: • Corporate office • Facility and utilities Board Supervision • Airfield Manager • Business Manager • Facility Manager • Fuel Manager • Operations Manager • Public Works (infrastructure) Manager • Quality Manager • Safety/Risk Manager • Transportation Manager • Vehicle Manager • Warehouse Manager Responsibilities • Drive down cost over the period of performance • Ensure each manager or subcontractor operates with an efficient and effective manner to exceed contract obligations • Establish and implement short and long-term strategies to deliver services to the government including sub-contracts, safety, security, quality control, technical execution, and financial success • Maintain and enhance communication with Air Force, and the community • Provide Risk management • Responsible for the overall management and coordination of the contract • Serve as central point of contact with the Government for the performance of all work
