Daily Duties at Countrywide Fsl:
• Works directly with management and supervisors of call center to effectively promote positive employee relations. • Ensures compliance with state and federal laws through efficient administration of company and HR policies, procedures, programs and initiatives • Conducts orientation sessions for new hires • Conducts employee meetings, investigations and complaints, and assists in training and development sessions on various topics as needed • Maintains visibility with all employees and addresses any issues or concerns in a timely, professional manner. • Assist with communication and training of annual programs (Benefit enrollment, Performance Management, Compensation program, etc.) • Participates in Operations/Call Center meetings within the business and advices management on all Human Resource related topics • Assists management and ensures consistent implementation of specific development plans to address performance and behavior issues • Handles exit interviews and terminations
