Daily Duties at Kelvion:

• Direction of production, engineering, quality, procurement, planning, product management, maintenance and facility for manufacturing of welded, gasketed, sanitary and brazed type heat exchangers. A total of 75 employees in this organization. • Increased revenue by $5M and reduced the headcount by more than 30%. We improved from $36M in revenue and 60 direct labor employees in 2010 to $41M revenue and 42 direct labor employees in 2015. • Overall responsibility for plant key performance indicators including safety, cost, on-time delivery, scrap and inventory accuracy. • Implemented continuous program that improved plant processes from start up condition to high customer satisfaction levels. • Implemented capacity planning and level loading for scheduling the production processes. • Mentored plant leadership team and worked with human resources department to implement an effective performance evaluation process plant wide.
