Customer/Supplier support role working with Ariba APDirect Buyer, SAP SRM electronic catalog software and AMEX Supplier Procurement Card (CAR) software. Prepared the training materials and job aides. Provided training to 2,000+ global users utilizing in classroom, web-based training, and train the trainer sessions. Assumed role of SAP Super Power User as Tier 2 support. Data integrity was vital in maintaining the information within the tool – users profiles, manager information, purchase order data, and supplier credit card information. Participated in the global roll out and supported the non-po eForm invoice payment tool in Ariba and SAP VIM. Provided training and guidelines on when and how to use the eForm payment tool to pay invoices. Prepared reports for management review of spend and compliance. Reviewed purchase order value with credit card payments to resolve any conflicts or invoice discrepancies. This role provided support from requisitioning to payment process. Strove to ensure payment was made by the specified payment terms in order to take advantage of discount payment terms.
