Resident assessments and admissions Tour facilitator Coordination of documentation for all In-service meetings Billing coordinator for residents that participate with Valley Area Agency on Aging program State Licensing and compliancy with the Home for the Aged licensing rules, working directly with the state inspector to maintain safety for residents and also employees Budgeting and ordering food, facility and medical supplies Experience in writing resident health care plans and facility policies, resident medication, preparing for the yearly state inspections Human Resources, scheduling, payroll and recruiting, working with local college for internships Experience in program planning, Respite program, Hospice program, development and implementation of service to residents consistent with the home’s program statement and in accordance with the residents’ service plan and agreements
