JLL - AON Account Manager, 2014-2016 Managed staff of 43 colleagues in four different states. Oversaw daily building operations for ten properties, with total footage of 2.3ml square feet. Built strong client and vendor relationships. Standardized teams across four states and created streamlined and consistent processes in daily operations. Implemented best practices across operation. Created solutions and recommendations for utilization of space, energy reductions, space allocation efficiencies, financial processing, contract services standardizations, and consolidations. JLL-BMO HARRIS BANK, Chicago, Illinois Senior Facility Manager, 2005-2014 Managed facilities operations of four Midwest properties, with total footage of 500K square feet. Oversaw bank's Midwest U.S. critical sites. Oversaw the full range of facilities management functions, including critical sites, building operations, facility maintenance and repair, capital planning, project implementation, client relations, service contract consolidations, and concierge management. Managed the renovation of a 330K square-foot office building, including data center, five-story parking garage, training facility, cafeteria, and fitness center. Supervised vendor services for multiple sites, including development of scope of work, request for proposals, service-level agreements, emergency response procedures and vendor evaluations. • Oversaw annual $5ml in capital improvement projects for 250 retail branches.
