Led major programs for SAP Integrated Digital Marketing including a team of 20 content experts, evangelists and community managers, events team of 10 plus over 50 dotted-line employees across the globe. • Built SAP Community Network and SAP TechEd events into valuable, connected platforms that encouraged customer, partner, and developer engagement, loyalty, and passion for SAP solutions. o Grew SAP Community Network to a vibrant, industry-recognized customer/partner community with over 2.4M unique visitors a month, 800 moderators, 15,000 discussion threads per month, 1,500 blogs per month, 195mil page views per year, with members in over 230 countries. o Grew and delivered SAP’s premier technology event, SAP TechEd with 6,500 attending in Las Vegas, Amsterdam (4,500), Bangalore (11,000) and Shanghai (4,500). • In 2013, TechEd events attracted customers with over $7B in active pipeline deals with SAP and attracted over 650,000 online views of event video content post-event. • Decreased cost of a $22M event budget while attracting over $25M in revenue netting $3.5M profit through constant innovation, delivering exciting content, and building a high-value brand.
