Daily Duties at Care For Women:

Responsible for administering, directing, planning and coordinating all clerical, administrative, and clinical office activities; identifying/resolving operational challenges; and developing staff guidelines, policies and procedures. Developed accountability systems for human performance with supervisors and staff to improve efficiency and productivity of operations through adherence of policies and procedures. Set guidelines for prioritizing work activities, evaluating effectiveness and modifying activities as necessary. Directly supervised supervisors, with development and implementation of short and long term work plans and objectives for administrative functions and clinic policy and procedures. Implemented Patient Satisfaction Program.
