Daily Duties at Direct Results Marketing Group, Inc.:

Responsible for eight key client Field Marketing Accounts, touching five regions accounts across the country for Agency's flagship account, NAPA AUTO PARTS. Nationally accounting for nearly three million dollars in agency billings. Developed and managed revenue generating relationships with clients. Represented the Agency with top quality performance and standards, cultivated long-term relationships with clients and provided exemplary leadership to the Agency Account Service Team members. -Wrote and implemented annual marketing plans. Upon client approval of the marketing plan, work with the agency media departments to build media plan to support the marketing initiatives. Presented these marketing plans to my client accounts and conduct quarterly meetings to discuss and ensure marketing plans are delivering to client expectations. -Coordinated and implemented National and Field Marketing Plans for ensure vertical integration of the brand at the national, local market and store trade area levels. -Managed and prepared budget-to-spending reports for meetings to ensure client accounts were on budget. Managed team of account representatives, overseeing projects from conception to completion. -Introduced accounts to the "NAPA Advantage" Loyalty Rewards program. The program was designed to capture consumer information to build a customer database. Grew and maintained database of over 15,000 loyal, repeat customers. Designed and implemented programs targeted at this loyal customers via targeted direct marketing campaigns. -Introduced accounts to Digital and Social Marketing campaigns. Strategically utilized digital couponing to penetrate local trade areas and to reach younger demographic. Utilized campaign performance analytics to plan and strategically optimize future campaigns for all client accounts. Digital Marketing campaigns provided an average 3-5% retail sales increase.
