Daily Duties at Direct Results Marketing Group, Inc.:

Managed Account Service Marketing Teams on the agency's flagship account, NAPA AUTO PARTS. Responsible for managing 10 key client accounts, across seven regions of the country. Coordinated and supervised the progress of other agency departments and outside vendors to ensure prompt conclusion of work, seamless communication and continuity of all activities in support of the achievement of strategic goals and objectives. Managed Account Service Team through exemplary leadership, customer service and consistent communication. Represented the Agency’s mission to all clients to successfully build opportunities to direct the client and the agency into the future. Highlights include: -Responsible for over $4.5 million in annual agency billings. Grew billings from $3.1 million to over $4.5 million as the Account Supervisor. Generated average annual agency revenue of over $750K. -Witnessed positive sales growth on client accounts for seven consecutive years, while increasing account revenues by millions of dollars. -Part of and key contributor to several successful agency new business pitches. Prominently participated in securing six new accounts. New business accounted for nearly 25% of agency growth over five year period. -Negotiated comprehensive sponsorship and marketing programs/partnerships with major professional/university sports teams including: the Atlanta Falcons, the Cincinnati Bengals, the Indianapolis Colts, the University of Cincinnati and the Ohio State University. -Managed Digital, Electronic and Social Marketing Teams in the development of strategic targeted marketing campaigns utilizing Facebook and Social Media; SEM/SEO; CRM and electronic/database marketing. Implemented and managed multi-media vehicles to generate and grow brand awareness among younger demographic. -Leveraged marketing research and campaign analytics in order to increase the effectiveness of the multi-media marketing campaigns and programs implemented for each individual account.
