In charge of a project which creates a system for storing, searching, and analyzing gene data 1)The system stores terabytes of RNA-seq data retrieved from multiple online repositories 2)Designed and implemented pipeline to retrieve and organize gene data such as transcripts and alternative splicing. Typical input files contains millions of entries 3)Designed tables and indexes to facilitate the search and database management for large amount of data. Tables contain millions of entries. 4)Implement the webpage that allows users to query and analyze the data by using Wt Toolkit and css 5)System is implemented in C++ and python on Linux
