Daily Duties at Toyota Motors Manufacturing North America:
To support the leadership team of Global Procurement team which included travel arrangements, managing calendars and meetings. Set up meetings both domestic and international. Managed budgets, expenses, facilitated recruitment interviews for interns from various universities across the country. For some of the Japanese executives, I would manage their emails, correspondence and such, as they weren't comfortable with computers.
