managing a dynamic calendar, reconciling expenses, reviewing the function's budget, extensive travel arrangements, extensive meeting planning both domestic and international. Kept an eye on incoming emails, responded and/ or forwarded as appropriate. participated in board meetings, participated in the executive assistant round table discussions. On boarded direct reports as appropriate. Handled confidential correspondence. Facilitated webinars, video conferences and such. Please note that I always consider it my goal that my manager will shine due to the stars within their organization and I achieve this goal.
