Daily Duties at United Healthcare:
Support the Director of Health Services Department by managing her calendar, emails, expenses. On boarding new hires, set up, manage and take minutes for the meetings, collect state reports, narratives, and attestations for submission to the state. Pull together presentations. Keep track of paid time off for the director and her direct reports. Keep the department SharePoint site current. Make sure that she stays on the A-list.
