For the last 5 years i have been in charge of hiring, firing, managing man power, building and processing change orders, material ordering, lighting and power package submitals, managing job budgets, dealing with every employee making sure they make the right dollar amount and are doing the correct job, overseeing up to 15 projects at a time.
