Spearheaded the performance and capacity testing of web application for the commercial cards technology department. Evaluated and measured the capacity of custom utilities by load and stress testing the system using LoadRunner load generator. Keen at analyzing business and functional requirements to develop test plans and test cases for performance/QA testing. Used the results and information to assist the development team in identifying areas for improvement by generating and maintaining accurate and detailed System Trouble Reports.
