Championed application testing, new technology research, existing issue research and resolution, and hardware/software testing and implementation. Conveyed all issues, problems, diagnosis, evaluations, and resolutions to other departments and teams. Operated as the external liaison to eDiscovery support teams including, but not limited to, Project Management, Engineering, IT and Development.
