Leveraged engineering, supply chain optimization and e-Commerce expertise to ensure our customers’ supply chain and business processes reduce their bottom line cost and increase top-line revenue. Solutions Engagement responsibilities include working with talented Sales and Solutions professionals to develop process improvement strategies, then executing to deliver results for our customers and UPS. Servant Leadership approach applied to bring all appropriate Sales and Solutions resources together and focused at a single point of customer engagement to achieve measurable results. Effective collaboration with over 50 different major accounts in Oklahoma and Texas, to drive positive customer business results, in all market sectors from Healthcare to High-tech clients. Executed strategies that reduced cost for UPS clients, increased commerce revenue for UPS, and generated consulting revenue for Customer Solutions. Priorities include training, mentoring and coaching junior Solutions Resources in techniques and best practices to enhance UPS's brand image through best-in-class customer service.
