 Financial management of $10M project budget  Prepare financial analysis and ROI for consolidation of 3 data centers into 2  Ensure project follows HIPPA, ISO and PCI compliance requirements  Provide oversight for the HIPPA Compliance Auditors – Infrastructure/data audit  Collaborate with HR teams for the reassignment of 25 FTE’s and annual cost savings of over $1.25M  Coordinate the data center consolidation workshops  Achieve 30% increase in data center incident resolution rates – consolidation of 3 different applications  Coordinate the evaluation and documentation of the co-location technology vision and strategy  Manage external vendors and suppliers for all related hardware, software and professional services  Proactively manage the collaboration of technical requirements to meet the needs of 35 business units  Responsible for coordinating the migration planning and migration activities of all critical applications  Reduce the cost of data center infrastructure by $350K annually through the use of virtualization technologies  Create share point project site for centralized management of all project related documentation  Provide technical infrastructure recommendations for network and communication protocols at co-location site  Complete data center process gap analysis – 25 process gaps identified and resolved – 5 year operating cost reduction of $235K  Spearhead and influenced the data center co-location documentation (requirements, design, build, implementation)  Prepare and present monthly status reports to Steering Committee and Board of Directors  Author the ITSM strategy utilizing the ITIL foundation – $65K annual cost savings  Co-author the strategy and design for co-location of 2 data centers and remote operations
