 Successful implementation of the FDA Qualified Data Center Infrastructure & Operational Process  Compose and deliver the detailed vendor analysis for procurement of project hardware and software  Lead and complete comprehensive evaluation and selection of $1.5 M in new hardware and software  Establish and maintain relationships with outside vendors and suppliers  Collaborate with technical team to reduce the cost of $2.5M project by 10% - budget savings of $250K  Mitigate/resolve identified project constraints by 50% - implementation completed 60 days ahead of schedule  Manage international committee (USA, France, Germany, Australia, Greece, UK) in fulfillment of aligning the corporate IT strategy with the demands of the business  Principal member of Governance team for ensuring compliance with FDA regulations for the data center infrastructure upgrade strategy, design, build and implementation  Collaboration with technical teams to develop the migration plans for critical business applications, share point, and email  Produce detailed communications plans for reporting goals, milestones, issues, risks, schedules and overall status.  Selected by Sr. Leadership to present project metrics on a monthly basis to executive project council
